Customer Support Specialist

We are looking for a talented Customer Support Specialist, to resolve customer inquiries, recommend solutions, and guide product users through features and functionality.

The position is based in our Tallinn or Tartu office.

What you'll do:

  • Work to troubleshoot connectivity issues for customers in coordination with the 1oT team and our telecom partners
  • Identify customer needs (customers using our platform) and help customers use specific features
  • Be responsible for SIM & eSIM cards inventory and shipping
  • Collect customer feedback and share with our product/engineering, carrier and sales teams
  • Support existing partner relationships with carriers by gathering feedback, resolving issues and providing ongoing support

What you'll bring:

  • Experience as Customer Support Specialist or in a similar CS role
  • Proactive and startup oriented mindset
  • Experience using helpdesk software and remote support tools
  • Patience when dealing with difficult cases
  • Strong work ethic
  • Fluency in English
  • Passion for the Internet of Things (IoT) market
