We are looking for a Growth Marketer to create, execute, and support a global, multi-channel growth strategy with the goal of driving new leads and paying customers to 1oT.

Think of 1oT as the "Tinder" of telecoms. We are transforming the IoT (Internet of Things) industry with a dynamic connectivity service by combining different telecoms on a single eSIM card. This gives our customers the ability to choose the best telecom service for their particular use case or location without having to negotiate with different telecom companies, receive SIMs from different companies, and manage SIMs across different platforms and APIs.

Our customers are global IoT and M2M device makers or service providers, such as e-scooter sharing, fleet management, autonomous vehicles or smart city companies, to name a few.

Today, 1oT's connectivity services and eSIMs are used in 1.4 million IoT devices in 173 countries.

Now it's time to turn up the dial on this growth by helping more people discover 1oT and the value it can provide. We're looking for someone to lead this effort.

What you'll do:

• Developing growth strategies to increase inbound leads and new paying customers.
• Work closely with key stakeholders within the organization, including product, sales, and support, to identify potential opportunities to improve the number of new leads and new customers.
• Optimise the lifecycle and conversion moments for inbound leads.
• Develop a pipeline for experimentation across marketing channels, audience targeting, creative, and messaging, and run experiments to test your hypotheses.
• Track and report on key metrics to continuously improve marketing strategy and execution.

You'll be the best fit if:

• You have direct experiences managing channels such as Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more.
• You have experience allocating marketing budgets across a portfolio of channels to achieve maximum return on ad spend.
• You can run the entire performance marketing function and are excited to do so until the workload justifies growing the team.
