We’re looking for a passionate HR Manager to take care of how we roll as a happy & efficient team. You’ll be helping us with many things, so in two months, we probably couldn’t imagine how we survived without you. Our two offices (in Tallinn & Tartu) and ambitious team members are welcoming you to help us revolutionize the IoT connectivity sector.
Your day-to-day:
managing the full employee journey: recruitment → onboarding → daily employee experience → offboarding
helping with internal communication and making sure our people have the best supportive environment to thrive
being our work environment & culture advocate: driving and working by our values while encouraging the team to do the same
implementing processes to make our daily life smooth: communication, performance reviews, team feedback, information sharing
staying on top of the day-to-day administrative tasks: handling HR documentation, employee contracts, organizing and carrying out performance reviews, running foreign recruitment and residence permit processes
working closely with management to smoothly scale the team by 5-10 employees per year.
We believe you’ll fit right in and succeed in the position if you:
have had hands-on experience as an HR generalist, HR specialist, or similar role
are a true people person with great listening and communication skills
are data and results-driven in your decision-making and set clear goals
have knowledge of HR systems, best practices, and labor law
are independent and able to manage many tasks without getting lost in the pipeline by planning your work ahead
have the competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
We will offer:
meaningful work with global impact while being the driving force and voice of our people and culture
opportunity to have a say and lots of personal growth at an established startup with a proven track record and paying clients
a cozy and productive work environment at our Estonian HQ
crazy and ambitious international team ready to help, challenge themselves, and test out the new approaches in doing things
