Customer Support Specialist
We are looking for a talented Customer Support Specialist, who will be resolving customer queries, recommend solutions and guide product users through features and functionalities
Our customers are global IoT and M2M device makers or service providers, such as e-scooter sharing, fleet management or smart city companies, that are operating in many different countries and do not want to deal with different telecoms and SIM cards.
We have customers mostly from the US and Europe but recently have been active in Latin-America, Africa & Middle-East. All in all, we are offering our services in 190 countries in the world
What you'll do:
- Work on troubleshooting connectivity issues for customers in coordination with 1oT’s team and our telecom partners
- Identify customer (clients using our platform) needs and help customers use specific features
- Be in charge of SIM & eSIM card stock levels and shipping
- Representing 1oT at international conferences & seminars
- Gather customer feedback and share with our Product/Engineering, Carrier and Sales teams
- Supporting existing partner relations with carriers by gathering feedback, solving problems, and ongoing servicing
What you'll bring:
- Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
- Proactive and startup mindset
- Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
- Patience when handling tough cases
- Strong work ethic
- Fluency in English
- Passion for the Internet of Things (IoT) market
